Network
Networking
between leaders, volunteers and wider teams is an important
part of ministry and is something Out of the Valley strongly wishes to
encourage throughout the wider church community. Whilst nothing beats
face to face interaction, that is not always practical on a medium to
large scale outside of events like our yearly conference.
To
help fill that gap, we have created an online
forum in
which ideas and encouragement can be shared and a leadership
blog to be
contributed to from the core team here at Out of the Valley and beyond.
If
you know of any other innovative new ideas, or any pre-existing ones
of which we are unaware (ie a Leadership Facebook) that you think would
benefit the wider church community then please let
us know.
