For almost a decade, Bo Boshers served as the visionary Executive Director of Student Ministries in the Willow Creek Association, leading an outreach of over 1,000 students at the high school ministry of Willow Creek Community Church. Now, as President of Lead222, a coaching and mentoring ministry to youth leaders. Bo is foucssing extensively on his passion areas of training, equipping and encouraging youth ministry leaders from around the world. Bo also teaches and mentors like- minded student ministry leaders on how to reach and lead this generation to Christ, building prevailing student ministries that balance discipleship and evangelism. With his twenty-plus years of ministry experience, Bo has much to offer.
