CANCELLATION
& TRANSFER POLICY
Should you need to cancel your registration to this conference an
administration fee of $15 per registration will be deducted from your
refund if the request is made no later than two weeks prior to the
event. Any cancellation after this time is non-refundable but may be
transferred to another person at your request.
CHILDREN
While families are important to us, we are not able to accommodate
infants or children at this event.
OTHER
NEEDS
Please notify the office prior to the event if you have a disability or
any other special need.

conference. Your registration constitutes permission for Hope Valley
